Check that you entered your number with the right area code, and that your phone has signal. Codes can take a minute. Then tap "Resend code". Some carriers block short-code texts on prepaid or Wi-Fi-only numbers. If it still doesn't come, email us with the last four digits of your number.

Check-ins only count when you're at the store. Make sure location is on and set to "While Using" (iPhone) or "While using the app" with precise location on (Android). Step outside or near the pumps if you're deep inside the building, wait a few seconds for GPS to settle, and try again.

You earn points for each check-in, with bonuses for new stores, keeping a streak going, reviews, reports that get fixed, and new badges. A streak counts days in a row with at least one check-in. Open Rewards from your profile (the Me tab) to see exactly how many points each one is worth right now.

That's by design: one check-in per store per day. Visit a different store to keep earning, or come back tomorrow.

Open the Friends tab and tap Invite to share your friend code, or enter a friend's code to send them a request. Once they accept, you'll see each other's check-ins and can honk.

On a road trip, driving mode shows the Casey's stores ahead of you, which exit, and which side of the road. If you leave the app during a drive, it can still alert you to the next store and when you arrive. Turn this off with "Driving alerts" in Settings. Please don't use the app while driving: let a passenger use it, or wait until you've stopped.

Check that notifications are allowed for FuelQuest in your phone's settings, then check which alerts are on in FuelQuest Settings and whether quiet hours are set. Notifications that arrive during quiet hours wait in your inbox (the bell on the map).

Settings → turn off "Show me on leaderboards". Your check-ins still count for you. To stop friends seeing your check-ins, turn off "Share check-ins with friends".

Email us with the store number and what's wrong. To report a problem at the store itself, like a broken pump, use "Report an issue" on the store's page in the app.
